Jesper Norman brings deep technical experience with our systems, combined with more than 15 years in the Swedish armed forces. That background gives him an exceptional ability to provide hands-on leadership in complex, high-pressure situations, a skill that translates directly into how he manages technical projects and client relationships in the field.
Beyond our core team, we draw on a network of long-standing partners as well as former employees acting as consultants and built up over two decades, specialists we can bring in for specific projects depending on what the assignment actually requires.
