All Aerovit systems are manufactured in Denmark. As different system generations use different spare parts, providing your serial number ensures that you receive the correct components for your installation.
We recommend keeping a set of diaphragms in stock to facilitate routine in-house maintenance and minimize downtime.
To maintain optimal cleaning performance, diaphragms should be replaced every 2-3 year. Replacing these components at regular intervals helps maintain balanced pneumatic pressure waves throughout the boiler and ensures consistent cleaning efficiency.
The use of non-original spare parts has been shown to cause reduced performance, premature wear, and an increased risk of system imbalance.
Replacement can be carried out easily by your own maintenance personnel. If preferred, Svea Kanal can also provide a quotation for on-site replacement and service.
All spareparts for Aerovit are manufactured in Denmark. The version of your system determine sparepart types. Providing your serial number will ensure the correct order.

Renovating is affordable, fast and more sustainable than ordering new parts. Hose comes in various alloys and materials. Our experience is that lifetime of hose can span from one month to years depending on fuel, frequency of cleaning and chosen quality of the hose.
